Revolver
Let it be
Interesting that only in this case, not in any other I can recall, are my all time favorites of a band's catalogue their final releases.
Is there anyone you can say that about?
Neil Young? Prarie Moon is revelatory, and it may be my favorite, but not the last three...
Peter Gabriel? I love Ovo, Up, etc, but stack it up against Security or 1,2,3 you'd be hard pressed to choose a favorite
Certainly, my favorite Dead studio releases are smack damn in the middle... Blues for Allah, Terrapin Station, and more than likely Wake of the Flood (boy those are hard choices)
Interesting food for thought...

I always thought the White Album was a tad overrated- lots of great songs, sure, but a lot of second tier stuff (by their standards), too. It's still a fun listen, though.
Help!, on the other hand might be their most underrated record.

2. Abbey
3. White (I agree with the fluff comment above, if it were a single LP of only the "A" material it would be number 1)
